Just a reminder that Aquaculture CanadaOM 2013 will be held in Guelph Ontario, in association with the University of Guelph, from June 2-5.  So mark those dates on your calendar and consider attending to hear something a little different about agrifood production in Canada.

The conference theme is Agrifood Innovations: Farming Our Waters.  This will be an exciting opportunity to bring together specialists from across the agifood value chain to discus opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for this sector.  The aquaculture industry now supplies nearly 50% of global food demand for seafood products, and has represented the single largest growth sector of world agriculture-both aquatic and terrestrial- over the last 15 years.
